Kwanchai invites you to an evening of festivities at The BalMar,
located in the neighborhood of Ballard.
We are raising funds and awareness of the importance of passing of Referendum 71, which maintains the full domestic partnership benefits to both Seniors and GLBT who choose this option over marriage. Referendum 71 will be on the November ballot statewide.
VIP tickets for $10 will be sold in the Lobby at The BalMar, or can be pre-purchased through Kwanchai at 206.262.1022. The VIP tickets entitles you to appetizer and cocktail specials. Proceeds will benefit the Approve Ref. 71 Campaign.
